Dear backers,
We want to apologize for not posting an update for such a long time.
We were dealing with many issues most of them relate to the pandemic. Having said that it seems like we are on the right path to make this project happen in a perfect way :)
The products were completed in the factory and are on their way to our warehouse. If everything works well they will arrive on the first week of December and be ready for fulfillment on the week after.

Please don’t hesitate to post any question you may have.

First of all thank you for your patience, we are experiencing a period full of challenges but production is progressing as planned and we hope to provide all lamps on time.

We had technical issues sending the survey but it will be sent to you soon and of course will not delay your orders.

We are now at the end of the tooling stage and will be updated with photos from the production.

First off all we hope that all of you are healthy and safe, it's been a while and we are excited to let you know that very soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https:// personalight.backerkit.com.

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https:// personalight.backerkit.com/faq.

To all our awesome backers,

Just want to drop you a quick note to let you know that we  haven't forgotten about you! We've been working hard ramping up production for PersonaLight!

We'll be sending out a survey in the next two weeks to gather all the details on your order (product, color, font, text-up to 9 characters, shipping address, etc).
